Job summary
As a Nurse or Paramedic, you'll champion quality care delivery, working closely with our Health Advisors, applying your clinical knowledge and skills to ensure our patients receive the right level of care when they urgently need it.
You will be provided with paid training in the use of NHS Pathways to support decisions with telephone triage, assessing patients presenting with symptoms, and provide appropriate aftercare advice and referrals when appropriate to do so.
Main duties of the job
Day to Day
provide a comprehensive telephone triage and clinical assessment,
support the dispatch process, ensuring appropriate resource deployment
provide advice and support as required to Health Advisor or frontline operational colleagues.
facilitate the provision of accurate healthcare information, self-care/health improvement advice or referral to the appropriate level and location of care.

We provide NHS111 services nationally, partnering with the NHS, to deliver care from our dedicated call centers in Stoke, Staffordshire, Stockton-On-Tees and Newcastle.
Our Urgent Care Division delivers highly successful services within NHS111, Clinical Assessment Services, GP Out of Hours and Urgent Treatment Centres nationally. You will be joining our growing team at an exciting time within our fit for purpose structure.
