Marketing at ABL
Health plays a vital role in helping people understand, access and engage with
our services, and in building the ABL Health brand across the UK. This is a rare chance to work in a marketing
team promoting a range of services that genuinely help people, that are
completely free to access.
The Role
As part of a newly
created team, were looking for a Marketing Executive with a strong focus on
content creation and social media, alongside other core marketing activity such
as email, PPC, PR, website management, printed media and internal communications. This is a wonderful role that is tasked with
bringing our life-changing services to life online, telling the stories of the
people and communities that benefit from this change.
Key
Responsibilities
Work within an experienced marketing team to
provide an outstanding marketing campaigns for all the ABL regional services
(Your Health, BeU, Healthy Lifestyles) to ensure we achieve our referral and
attendance targets.
Create engaging content for multiple social media
profiles to amplify our services and results.
Work closely with the regional teams to understand
their needs, and co-creating regional marketing content and execution plans to
help meet local service targets.
Manage paid digital media campaigns and email
nurture campaigns to drive referrals.
Create new website and app content working with the
regional teams on requirements, and the web and software developers on
delivery.
Contribute to the shaping and building of an
effective marketing function, helping the new team to evolve into a best in
class department.
About You
A dynamic, creative mindset with the ability to
positively contribute to a team with ideas, passion and enthusiasm.
Experience managing content planning, production,
scheduling and engagement across multiple social profiles.
Experience of one of these 2 areas we dont
expect you to be proficient in both, but to have good hands on experience of
one.
Strong content creation and video skills, including
filming and editing a variety of people including staff and service users.
Strong experience of managing multiple highly
targeted, paid social media campaigns and optimising according to performance
data.
Experience using AI tools for content creation such
as copy, video, and imagery.
Comfortable taking a performance marketing
approach; reviewing analytics and data to help shape content execution and
media planning.
Experience of healthcare marketing or an
environment requiring emotive storytelling is beneficial.
Comfortable working remotely and still developing
close relationships with regional stakeholders, and travelling to different
offices regularly for content production.
Experience with some of the following: Meta
Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Wordpress, Sanity,
Google Analytics, video editing software.

Employees of
ABL Health must comply with the provisions of GDPR and the Data Protection Act
2018. The postholder must not;
either during the course of their employment, or following
termination of their employment, disclose any information relating to service users or employees, or
of the lawful business practices, of the organisation.
The
postholder will be required, when and where appropriate to the role, to comply
with the processing of requests under the Freedom of Information Act 2000
The
postholder must comply with ABLs policies that protect the information assets
of the organisation from unauthorised disclosure, modification, destruction, inappropriate access or use. The postholder will be responsible for maintaining the clinical
and/or corporate records that fall within the remit of this role to the standards
in ABLs records management policies,
and data quality
processes and standards.
Health & Safety
Compliance
with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 the postholder is required to
fulfil a proactive role towards the
management of risk in all of their actions. This entails the risk assessment of
all situations, the taking of
appropriate actions and reporting of all incidents, near misses and hazards,
and a statutory duty of care for their own personal
safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts or omissions.

Training
The postholder must attend any training that is identified as mandatory to their role.
