About Oaklands:

Oaklands House is a well-established, 38 bedded, nursing care home in Longsight, Manchester. We provide specialised care and accommodation for adults aged 18-65 and those 65 and over. Our services support a diverse range of needs, including enduring mental health challenges, drug and alcohol-related issues, degenerative disorders, Dementia, and mental health conditions. Key Responsibilities:

Develop the skills of the nursing team through clinical supervision, appraisal, and mentoring. Undertake staff reviews, team meetings, and effective inductions. Plan, direct, and deliver high-quality person-centred care, whilst promoting and maintaining high nursing standards. Collaborate with the Pharmacist to ensure the teams Medicine Management is to the highest standards. Participate actively in the development of the Hospital. Ensure compliance within all clinical documentation. Participate on the on-call rota

Qualifications and Experience:

Registered Nurse NMC, Strong leadership skills, Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Summary:

£45,000 to £48,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
