The Role

Equilibrium Healthcare are looking for a motivated and innovativeClinical Nurse Leadto join our forward-thinking team here at Oakland House Care Home where you will support our nursing team to provide the highest level of care to meet the needs of our patients.

You will be joining a Nursing Team whose passion and motivation have allowed Oaklands to care for and support younger and older people with Mental Illness and complex needs.

Based in Longsight, Manchester, Oakland House is a 38-Bed Nursing Home.

Working as part of the management team and as a key individual within our experienced MDT, you will offer clinical leadership to our nurses and support workers, ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of care to meet their individual choices and needs.

The successful candidate will work an average 42 hour working week (12 hour shifts), ensuring we have unit based nursing leadership over a seven day rota.
