Equilibrium Healthcare are looking for enthusiastic and committedMental Health Support Workersto join our innovative team here at Eleanor Hospital. Working under the supervision of our experienced qualified nursing team, you will work with our patients supporting their individual needs, promoting dignity, choice and independence at all times.

Based in Didsbury, Eleanor is a 34-bed Independent Hospital that specialises in providing high quality care and rehabilitation to people with mental health illnesses and personality disorders. Within the last 18 months we have undergone an extensive refurbishment programme to ensure our facilities are unmatched. Including our Wellness Centre which hosts a coffee shop, high tech gym and our ground-breaking virtual consultation room. Combining outcome focused, personalised care with technological innovation and creativity, the service aims to become a national leader in this arena, providing the best possible care and support to our patients, and are building our team to achieve this goal.

Having recently expanded our specialist female personality disorder service, we are seeking to grow our team with individuals with an interest in working with this client group.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £11.00 per hour
