Equilibrium Healthcare is looking for caring and motivated care support workers to join our outstanding team at Moston Grange Care Home, Newton Heath, East Manchester, providing support to people with dementia who require an enhanced level of nursing care.

At our last full inspection, the CQC rated us Outstanding, saying

The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Nurse in Charge, providing personal care and supporting the people who live with us to maintain active and engaged lives in a homely environment based around their individual needs and interests.

This is a full time position including 12 hour shifts and weekend work.
