Job summary
Are you caring, committed, and driven to provide a first-class service? Then we would love to hear from you.
The great news is to start a brilliant career at Connect Health as a Customer Service Advisor, no healthcare experience is required. We are looking for individuals who have a background in customer service or administration and ideally some contact centre and call handling experience too.
We call our Customer Service colleagues Patient Care Advisors or PCAs for short.

The service helps people who are experiencing MSK (aka musculoskeletal, muscle and bone) conditions, guiding patients through options for their care and providing support for those who need assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to access services.
We want to make a person's care as straightforward as possible, by providing one point of contact as close to their home as we can.
