Patient Care Advisors are an invaluable part of the Connect Health service. The service helps people who are experiencing MSK (aka musculoskeletal, muscle and bone) conditions, guiding patients through options for their care and providing support for those who need assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to access services.
We want to make a person's care as straightforward as possible, by providing one point of contact as close to their home as we can.
Main duties of the job

We are looking for:
Warm, friendly and professional colleagues who want to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Youll be energetic, flexible with a can do approach and good IT skills.
Youll be passionate about understanding patient needs and helping resolve their queries over the telephone.
Youll have previous experience of delivering great customer service. Experience of working in a contact centre and healthcare would be an advantage.
Youll be available to work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 08:30 and 17:00
