Job summary
To deliver an efficient general mobile X-Ray service to Prison sites, working according to established policies and processes. To report to and support the Clinical Lead Radiographer with the running of the service. To ensure an exemplary level of service is upheld for patients, referrers and the clinical team. To perform a range of general and specialised examinations, maintaining the highest professional and technical standards, whilst promoting high professional and ethical standards of clinical practice to ensure that all aspects of clinical governance are fulfilled.
Main duties of the job
Due to ongoing service expansion, we are seeking to recruit a highly motivated, enthusiastic plain film Radiographer for our Prison Services, specifically covering South West Region. This role is based within our prisons across the South West region. Travel between sites will be required and expenses will be reimbursed. To succeed you must be experienced and have excellent communication skills and a flexible, proactive approach to delivering first class diagnostic services and patient care.
