Main duties of the job
We at Cora Health are delighted to be growing our team of talented clinicians and are currently looking for an experienced physiotherapist to join our team as a First Contact Practitioner who is passionate about providing high-quality patient-centred care to join us as part of a large multidisciplinary team in and around the Wolverhampton area. You will be working across integrated community services, providing specialist MSK physiotherapy assessment and treatment in a mixture of clinic-based settings, working as an autonomous practitioner and working in GP surgeries/primary care networks as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. You will manage a diverse caseload making decisions about the best course of action for patients' care, through consideration of differential diagnoses, whilst supporting patients to set their own goals and be confident in their approach to self-manage with shared decision making at the heart of every consultation. As an experienced First Contact Practitioner, you will provide clinical expertise, acting as first-contact physiotherapist and making decisions about the best course of action for patients' care (including in relation to undifferentiated conditions). We are also looking for someone who has leadership or supervisory skills to oversee the FCP clinicians.
