You will be working across integrated community services, providing specialist MSK physiotherapy assessment and treatment in a mixture of clinic-based settings, working as an autonomous practitioner and working in GP surgeries/primary care networks as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. You will manage a diverse caseload making decisions about the best course of action for patients' care, through consideration of differential diagnoses, whilst supporting patients to set their own goals and be confident in their approach to self-manage with shared decision making at the heart of every consultation. We are also looking for someone who has leadership or supervisory skills to oversee the FCP clinicians.
