Job summary
The GP Liaison Officer will: Build and maintain strong relationships with GP practices, PCNs, other primary care stakeholders and the hospital's private healthcare services Act as the primary point of contact for GP queries, feedback, and service development input Lead stakeholder engagement strategies to support integrated care initiatives Facilitate regular forums, workshops, and engagement events Collaborate with internal teams to ensure GP perspectives inform service design and delivery Monitor and evaluate engagement impact, reporting outcomes to senior leadership
Main duties of the job
We're seeking a passionate and relationship-driven professional for our GP Liaison Officer. This role combines relationship management, service promotion, and business development. The postholder will be responsible for building strong, collaborative relationships with GPs and practice teams while driving awareness and uptake of private healthcare pathways. You'll be the bridge between our organisation and the GP community-ensuring seamless communication, collaboration, and shared outcomes.
