We want to make a person's care as straightforward as possible, by providing one point of contact as close to their home as we can.
We are looking for:
Warm, friendly and professional colleagues who want to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
You'll be energetic, flexible with a can do approach and good IT skills.
You'll be passionate about understanding patient needs and helping resolve their queries over the telephone.
You'll have previous experience of delivering great customer service. Experience of working in a contact centre and healthcare would be an advantage.

Full Time - 40 hours per week
Working Pattern - Shifts, Monday to Friday between 07:00am and 07:00pm, 8hrs per day. Saturdays 08:00am - 01:00pm on a rotational basis
Interviews will be between held week commencing 13th October 2025 with view to start 10th November 2025
