The service helps people who are accessing our services, guiding patients through options for their care and providing support for those who need assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. We want to make a person's care as straightforward as possible, by providing one point of contact as close to their home as we can. We are looking for: Warm, friendly and professional colleagues who want to deliver an exceptional patient experience. You'll be energetic, flexible with a can do approach and good IT skills. You'll be passionate about understanding patient needs and helping resolve their queries over the telephone. You'll have previous experience of delivering great customer service.
