Job summary

An exciting component of this role is the opportunity to undertake a funded PhD studentship. Through an innovative partnership between Cora and Liverpool Hope University, the successful candidate will enrol onto a part-time PhD programme supervised by Professor Andrew Cuff and Professor Omid Khaiyat. The focus of this PhD will be the exploration of novel models of care to enhance the management of shoulder pain within a community MSK setting. Join our motivated, ambitious, and fast-growing team. You'll be registered with the HCPC or equivalent regulator (as professional background dictates) and be qualified as a clinician that works within MSK practice. We are committed to a multi-professional workforce based on competency and welcome applications from Physiotherapists and Osteopaths. If you're able to manage a varied caseload of MSK patients, committed to CPD and have the desire to develop yourself and the service, with a keen eye on improving patient care, then we'd like to hear from you. The clinical aspects of this role will be majority face-to-face and therefore the ability to travel to, or reside in the North West is essential.

We are looking for well-organised Advanced MSK Clinicians, to deliver quality clinical care for patients with MSK conditions. Whilst undertaking comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of patients with a wide variety of physical and emotional needs, you must formulate, deliver, review and progress individual treatment programmes and ensure effective treatment, specialist advice and timely discharge are achieved.
