Job summary

As a People Coordinator you will: You will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative tasks within the People Operations team are executed accurately, efficiently and on time.. You will also support the Payroll, Recruitment & Partnering teams with exciting projects and ad hoc queries and processing. Governance and compliance is really important to us as a People function, and you will support on all relevant people centred compliance elements such as DBS validity, visa compliance and professional registration. Above all you will be an organised individual, passionate about People , committed to supporting the people strategy for the business, and remembering that there's a person at the end of every process. A day in the life might look like Morning coffee & standup with the team to triage Helpdesk Tickets, making sure they get to the right people at the right times and everyone knows how to succeed for the day. Mid morning compliance checking Lunch on the business park or at home with your feet up! Afternoon spent helping with Colleague data for our focus groups Round out the day with getting new starters excited for their first day
