Job summary
As the saying goes, no two days will be the same, but overall, you'll be doing. Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, and management of patients that would have traditionally been referred into secondary care rheumatology services with non-inflammatory/ persistent joint problems Develop and implement individualised treatment plans, including pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions, to optimally manage patients' conditions. Provide speciality advice to requests from stakeholders across the pathway Lead and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment approaches. Holding professional relationships with external clinical stakeholders (such as secondary care consultants and GPs) in order to facilitate successful partnership working and the delivery and development of high-quality rheumatology care for patients across the system.

You'll undertake comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of patients with a wide variety of MSK needs, you must formulate, deliver, review and progress individual treatment programmes and ensure effective treatment, specialist advice and timely discharge are achieved.
