- Manage and respond to complaints and patient feedback, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to all relevant compliance requirements.
- Coordinate the administration of incident reports, contributing to investigations as needed.
- Provide administrative support for Subject Access Requests (SARs)
- Provide administrative support for medicines management processes.
- Liaise effectively with line managers and external stakeholders regarding complaints, feedback, and incident matters.
- Conduct statistical analysis of related data, delivering regular dashboard reports to the Patient Care Committee (PCC), directors, and service managers.
- Identify trends and insights from feedback and incidents and communicate key learning priorities to relevant services.
- Support the delivery and implementation of learning initiatives across the organisation.
- Assist in the review and management of organisational policies.
