Patient Care Advisors are the first point of contact for our patients and the voice of Connect Health, handling patient queries and appointment booking requirements phone and email, following our processes and procedures whilst bringing your personality and self to the role and demonstrating our core values; People Centred, Quality, Pioneering and Dynamic. All successful applications will complete a full in-depth induction with ongoing support to ensure you become a brilliant customer care advisor. Main duties of the job

The great news is to start a brilliant career at Connect Health as a Customer Service Advisor, no healthcare experience is required. We are looking for individuals who have a background in customer service and some contact centre and call handling experience too. We call our Customer Service colleagues Patient Care Advisors or PCAs for short. Patient Care Advisors are an invaluable part of the Connect Health service. The service helps people who are experiencing MSK (aka musculoskeletal, muscle and bone) conditions, guiding patients through options for their care and providing support for those who need assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to access services.
