We are looking for a motivated MSK Clinician Team Leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and shares our company values. The Oxfordshire MSK Service is an integrated NHS service commissioned by Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group that provides advice and treatment for people with MSK, chronic pain, MSK Podiatry, and pelvic health related conditions. Following the outcome of a recent procurement process, the Oxfordshire MSK service will be provided by Connect Health from October 1st 2022. The service is currently being delivered by Healthshare Ltd., and we are looking for clinicians to join the existing clinical team already delivering specialist MSK care in Oxfordshire.

You will need to be proactive in developing excellent working relationships within the team as well as with external stakeholders including patients, GPs and commissioners. You will be part of a team that strives to build links within the community in promoting better public health.
Quality
A team leader will lead by example in delivering high quality evidenced based treatment to their patients. You will monitor the performance of your team, sharing successes and identifying areas for improvement. Regular supervised clinics, team calls and face to face reviews all form part of the regular contact with your team. Work within a team that receives excellent patient feedback; Over the past 12 months 90% patients would recommend our service to friends and family.
Dynamic
A team leader will be flexible and calm in dealing with queries from within the team. There will be opportunities to work closely with our workforce planning team in organising diaries and supporting the referral management centre in delivering a good quality administrative process. A team leader will be able to seek support when required from APPs or clinical leads within the organisation.

Services include physiotherapy, pain management, podiatry, orthopaedics, rheumatology and diagnostics. Connect Health provide the Physiotherapy service as part of the partnership working closely with Royal Free, University College London and Central North West London NHS Trusts and InHealth.
