Care Fertility are looking for an experienced Nursing & Clinical Professionals Manager to lead our nursing, midwifery and clinical professional teams at our Manchester Clinic.
We welcome applications from womens health nursing and midwifery backgrounds with additional experience in assisted reproduction.
This is a unique opportunity to take a senior leadership role working closely with the Clinic Director and Medical Director to deliver exceptional patient care, drive quality improvement and shape the future of clinical services in a dynamic supportive environment.

Main duties of the job
What Youll Do
- Lead with impact: Supervise and support the clinical team, develop talent and foster a positive collaborative environment
- Shape clinical strategy: Contribute to clinic-level planning, quality improvement initiatives and workforce development
- Ensure compliance & safety: Maintain regulatory standards, manage risk and oversee clinical governance
- Deliver exceptional patient experience: Monitor feedback, drive service improvements and ensure a safe welcoming environment
- Clinical involvement: Participate in outpatient and day case duties providing hands-on support where required
