Job summary
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to join our team and support the three Partners of Newmedica Suffolk.This will be working 8 hour shifts, over 5 days from Monday - Friday, including evenings and weekends when needed.
Main duties of the job
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing diaries, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, and they will coordinate the smooth running of our Partners' schedules. They will also provide medical secretary support, including typing patient letters and handling private correspondence, while maintaining the highest standards of discretion and utmost professionalism.

Minute-taking and audio typing experience are essential, and knowledge of medical terminology is desirable.
