UNLOCK YOUR BEST WORK LIFE + MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO EVERY LIFE We have a fantastic opportunity for a Preceptorship Psychologist to join our integrated mental health team across across HMP Fosse Way and HMP Five Wells both category C prison supporting males aged 21+. Within this role you will work with a broad range of complex presentations, the position would suit a Psychologist familiar with adult mental health presentations, neurodiversity and complex trauma. You must be familiar with trauma informed approaches and will contribute to and support the clinical leadership team in the development of the psychological therapies service. The role includes supervising Assistant Psychologists, and if required supervision training can be supported as part of your preceptorship. Hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm 2.5 days on each site HMP Fosse Way and HMP Five Wells We are able to offer this as a rolling rota 3 days on 1 site 2 at another biweekly Salary This position is full time, you'll receive a salary of up to £58,016 per annum depending on experience How will we support you?

Main duties of the job
As a qualified, HCPC registered Psychologist, your responsibilities will vary. You will
- Offer clinical support and oversight to the Integrated Mental Health Team (IMHT) in the form of training, supervision and reflective practice
- Undertake psychological assessments and support complex multi-disciplinary formulations
- Deliver and oversee the delivery of 1:1 psychological interventions and group intervention as part of the Trauma Informed 'Making Sense' Programme
- Deliver teaching and training to healthcare and prison staff where required
- Contribute to the development of audit, service evaluation and research profile as appropriate
