We are looking for an experienced Theatre Practitioner to join our Anaesthetics and Recovery team at our modern, purpose-built hospital, rated Good. Main duties of the job
- Work as a key member of the theatre team, specialising in Anaesthetics and Recovery#
- Provide skilled assistance to the anaesthetist during induction, maintenance, and emergence
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care in the post-anaesthetic recovery phase
- Monitor, assess, and respond to patient needs using your clinical expertise
- Ensure safe airway management, pain control, and patient stabilisation post-procedure
- Act as a patient advocate throughout the perioperative journey
- Contribute to a smooth and efficient theatre environment alongside a skilled multidisciplinary team
About us
- HCPC registered Operating Department Practitioner / NMC registered Nurse
- Experience in Anaesthetics and/or Recovery
- Strong clinical knowledge and confident decision-making skills
- A proactive and team-focused approach
- Commitment to delivering safe, high-quality patient care
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
