We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Manager to join our team at HMP Wealstun, a category C Prison located in near Wetherby, Yorkshire. HMP Wealstun is a male prison that focuses on training and education with a capacity of around 800.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to apply their numerical ability and understanding of data analysis whilst at the same time supporting the wider healthcare team on site. The role is key to ensuring our patients receive the best quality care.

Hours:

This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00 or 09:00- 17:00

Salary:

This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary of £39,019 - £44,183 per annum - depending on experience.

Main duties of the job

As our new Business Manager, your responsibilities will vary. You will:

  • Ensure data is accurate and high quality for internal and external reporting requirements.
  • Be responsible for managing effective, patient centred, clinical administration processes.
  • Have oversight and verify the accuracy and completeness of all patient data.
  • Line Manage the Practice Manager (who directly manages the administration team).
  • Complete quality data checking for site level performance reporting submissions.
  • Have the willingness to learn how to use a community clinical system (We use SystmOne).
