As a Registered Nurse, youll be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and patient-centred care while supporting Healthcare Assistants and working closely with the Ward Manager and Hospital Director.
Youll play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice, safety, and professionalism ensuring every patient receives exceptional care in a supportive environment.

Will be required to work on the inpatient ward at times if needed. SHIFT PATTERN - 3X 12hr shifts Monday to Saturday on a rota basis (not set shifts)
Main duties of the job
- Delivering outstanding care, ensuring patient welfare, comfort, and safety at all times
- Managing patient admissions, documentation, and establishing strong therapeutic relationships
- Liaising with medical professionals to ensure prescribed treatments are delivered effectively
- Monitoring patient care standards and proactively planning interventions
- Supporting, supervising, and developing Healthcare Assistants
- Promoting effective communication across the multidisciplinary team
- Maintaining confidentiality and upholding Data Protection standards
- Supporting training, induction, and creating a positive learning environment
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation and infection control policies
About us
- NMC Registered Nurse (Part 1)
- Minimum 2 years post-registration experience
- Up-to-date clinical knowledge and strong understanding of infection control
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Awareness of Health & Safety legislation and clinical governance
- A proactive problem-solver with strong decision-making ability
- A team player who can coach, mentor, and develop others
- Customer-focused with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement
