As part of our professional, friendly and compassionate team you will do everything you can to ensure the patients treatment is of the highest standard.
You will be working as part of a friendly, welcoming and expert multidisciplinary Day Ward Team supported by our experienced Department Manager, Ella.
Main duties of the job
Working 37.5 hours a week over 4 days. Youll be responsible for assisting the nursing team with patient care, administration, stock control and equipment maintenance. Above all, you have a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling and want to work in an environment where the work can be hard, but also fun and rewarding. There will be plenty of further learning opportunities including internal and external training modules. It would be an advantage if you have worked in acute healthcare environment. More important though is your flexibility, your knowledge of infection control, belief in teamwork and your ability to use your initiative, follow instructions and prioritise a busy workload.

- Already achieved your NVQ level 2
- Ideally, you will have experience working within an acute healthcare environment.
- Demonstrate initiative working without direct supervision
- The ability to receive and communicate information accurately and take instruction from professional colleagues.
