Practice Plus Group is a trusted provider of urgent and out-of-hours healthcare services across the UK, dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care beyond standard clinic hours. We believe in supporting our clinical teams with essential roles that help ensure patients receive timely and effective care in their homes.
As a Driver, your role will play a vital part in the Out of Hours Service by ensuring Clinicians are transported to patient homes safety and efficiently, which ensures our patients receive prompt care. The role will also involve assisting with administrative and reception duties when necessary.
We are looking for someone to join us on a permanent, part time basis, covering our night shifts for the Out of Hours Service - you would be expected to work approx. 27.41 hours, which would also involve working weekends and bank holidays.

- Driving clinicians safely to and from patient homes.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and safety checks of the vehicle.
- Reporting any vehicle maintenance issues when required.
- Performing courtesy calls to patients to confirm arrival time and patient data.
- Communicating effectively with clinicians, patients, and the wider Out of Hours team.
- Assisting and supporting the clinicians during their visits when required.
- Supporting with administrative and reception duties if needed.
About us
- Previous driving experience.
- A clean driving record with a valid UK drivers licence.
- Good map reading skills with knowledge of the local area.
- Available to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays. As well flexibility to cover sickness or cancellations.
