We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Out-of-Hours (OOH) Home Visiting GP to join our dynamic healthcare team based in Stockley Park, Uxbridge. Main duties of the job
- Conducting home visits to patients requiring urgent medical assessment and treatment outside normal GP hours. - Diagnosing and managing a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions in the patients home environment. - Communicating effectively with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. - Providing appropriate advice, treatment, and referrals as necessary to support patient wellbeing and safety. - Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records in line with service protocols and legal requirements. - Responding flexibly to urgent calls, managing caseload efficiently to ensure timely visits across the designated area.

- Full GMC registration with a license to practice and a current, valid DBS check. - Experience as a GP, with confidence in managing urgent care presentations across a broad clinical spectrum. - Ability to work autonomously and make sound clinical decisions in a home visiting context. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as part of the OOH rota. - A professional attitude with commitment to safeguarding and maintaining high standards of patient safety.
