We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join the team at HMP YOI Moorland, a Category C Prison and Young Offenders Institution for males. HMP YOI Moorland is based near Hatfield, and has capacity of around 950.
HMP YOI Moorland offers a fast paced, unique rewarding environment to learn and develop. Our admin team are at the heart of the healthcare team, supporting all healthcare pathways (primary care, mental health and substance misuse), and delivering excellent customer service to patients and the wider healthcare team.Salary
This position is full time, working 37.5 hours per week and youll receive an annual salary of Up to £27,582 per annum - depending on experience.
Hours For this full time role, you will be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Shifts are 08:00 - 16:00.How will we support you?

Main duties of the job
As our new Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Carry out admin duties all healthcare pathways, predominantly primary care
- Work closely with colleagues in other areas of the healthcare team, including mental health
- Arrange and coordinate internal and external appointments, including hospital appointments
- Deal with patients, colleagues and other professionals via phone and email, as well as face to face
- Be responsible for ordering and management of stock
- Attend meetings and take minutes as required

Our new Administrator will have:
- Experience within an admin role - ideally from a healthcare environment, but this isn't essential
- Any healthcare experience would be a bonus

- Confident in using data, maintaining databases and producing reports
