We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Manager to join our Substance Misuse team at HMP Full Sutton, a category category A men's Prison located in Full Sutton, York
This site is located in a rural location with their own parking on site, an on-site gym, caf, team building days and well-being events annually, regular 1-1's and good scope to develop.
This role will be a hybrid role for a Business Manager / Data Lead to lead a team of 3 Administrators. Ideal candidate with have either data submission or Management experience.Hours
Monday - Friday
37.5 hours per week
0800 - 1600 (can be flexible with start / finish times)Salary
This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £32346per annum FTE - depending on experience.

Main duties of the job
As a Business Manager, your responsibilities will vary. You will
- Have experience of a community clinical system (We use SystmOne).
- The ability to work with the national data team on the initial set up of the system and its ongoing management.
- Ensuring data is accurate and high quality for internal and external reporting requirements.
- Be responsible for managing effective, patient centred, clinical administration processes and leading the administration team to ensure smooth day to day running of the service.
- Having oversight and verifying the accuracy and completeness of all patient data.
- You will also be responsible for overseeing healthcare administration and appointments for all patient clinics and external hospital appointments.

- NVQ 2 Business Administration or equivalent
- Working experience of a clinical patient administration system (PAS) (SystmOne preferable)
- Experience managing teams within a multi-disciplinary environment
- Experience interpreting and analysing complex data sets
- Experience of data quality and experience developing data quality
Although not essential ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community or prison environment.
