We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse Associate to join our Primary Care team at HMP Onley, a category C Prison located in Rugby.
In this role you'll be working with a multi-disciplinary team that will support you and help you succeed.
Hours
The site currently offers various shifts to cover a 7 day service
07:30 - 19:30 & 07:30 -18:30 (weekdays)
08:00 - 18:00 (weekends)
Salary
This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £32,346 per annum - depending on experience.

Main duties of the job
As a Nurse Associate, your responsibilities will vary. You will
- Provide outstanding, personalised care to our patients
- Contribute to and implement care packages, assist with health promotion, well-being and clinics
- Develop and apply new skills to maintain and enhance clinical service delivery

Qualifications and Experience required - NMC registered Nursing Associate
- Ability to work within a busy environment
- Ability to work unsupervised whilst following policy and procedures

Provide outstanding evidence based case to our patients seeking
out, listening to and acting on their feedback so that care is personalised and
informed by what matters to them. You will contribute to and implement care
packages, assist with health promotion, wellbeing and clinics as well as
assisting patients with activities of daily living and personal care.
Deliver non-judgemental care involving anything from health promotion clinics and
observations to supporting the nursing and pharmacy teams in primary care
within healthcare centres and on wings and house blocks. Youll make a real
difference as defined throughout our bespoke Health in Justice Competency
Framework following our policies, procedures and always considering
safeguarding.
Inspire excellence by forging
strong links within our teams, our partners and stakeholders and providing a
service that people can trust, feel safe within and feel proud of.
Promote best practice, evidence based care and continuous quality
improvement embedding a culture of shared learning. You will promote patient
wellbeing through our overarching Wellbeing Approach, demonstrating empathy and
