This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £27,572 per annum - depending on experience.
We are seeking a dedicated Caretaker / Porter to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing essential support to patients and healthcare staff, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This role is crucial in enhancing the comfort and well-being of patients while assisting in all logistical tasks within the healthcare facility.

Main duties of the job
As a Care Taker, your responsibilities will vary. You will

Move medical equipment and all supplies across the site to designated areas.

Working together with other healthcare employees with stock management.

Monitor and stock medical and non-medical supplies, notifying supervisors of inventory needs.

Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

Maintain clear and compassionate communication with patients regarding services provided.

Escorting visitors to healthcare across the site.
- Be dealing with patients, healthcare colleagues and other professionals over the phone and face to face and ensure that everyone is working in a tidy healthcare area.
