HMP YOI Drake Hall is a womens closed prison, located near the village of Eccleshall in Staffordshire, England. The prison is situated in rural Staffordshire, 10 miles from Stafford. Drake Hall is within 25 minutes drive of Stafford and 25 minutes drive of Stoke on Trent. Parking is available on site. We operate between: 0715 1830 Mon Fri and 0730 -1700 Weekends and Bank Holidays. This role is working Mon - Fri 08:00 am until 16:00 pm and will be discussed in the interview. This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £30,660 per annum FTE - depending on experience. How will we support you? Main duties of the job
As a Senior Administrator to lead the delivery of administration services within the healthcare team, wider Practice Plus Group organisation and the prison site. The role will include working within a busy team, supervising admin staff, completing a variety of administrative tasks, working on IT systems, maintaining databases/waiting lists/call-up lists, customer service, answering and directing telephone calls, general office duties such as typing, coordinating internal and external hospital appointments.
