We have an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Inpatient Unit team at HMP Pentonville, a category B Prison located in London.
Hours
Monday to Friday - 8:00-16:00
Salary
This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to 60,000 per annum FTE - depending on experience.

Main duties of the job
As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, your responsibilities will vary. You will
- Provide Outstanding evidence based care, listening and acting on patient feedback so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them. You will also provide assessment, diagnostics, treatment and continued management of patients with acute and long term medical conditions.
- Deliver non-judgemental care by leading the team to deliver care that is safe, high quality, patient centred whilst meeting CQC requirements following our policies, procedures and always considering safeguarding.
- Promote Best practice, clinical supervision, evidence based care and continuous quality improvement embedding a culture of reflection and shared learning.

Requirements
- Registered professional with current registration (NMC, HCPC)
- Evidence of Continued Professional Development
- Masters in Advanced Practice or equivalent
- Recognised prescribing qualification
- Understanding of the complexities of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of clinical governance, health and safety, QOF, EBP and national standard
