Youll make a real difference as defined throughout our bespoke Health in Justice Competency Framework following our policies, procedures and always considering safeguarding.  

Main duties of the job

You will be a qualified Nursing Associate who can demonstrate entry to the NMC register with a real passion for developing your clinical skills in an environment that is ever-changing as some of your responsibilities will include completing wing medication rounds, primary care clinics and emergency response.

About us

HMP Preston is a Category B men's prison, located in the City Centre area of Preston in Lancashire, England. It has an operational capacity of 750 people. HMP Preston is a 20-minute walk from Preston train station and a 30-minute drive from Blackburn.  

The dedicated team in the Health in Justice division of Practice Plus Group make a real difference across over 45 prisons, young offenders and immigration removal centres.
