Are you looking for a new Full Time, Permanent position? Practice Plus Group provide the Out of Hours (OOH) service across South West London. The OOH service is an appointment based service that is accessed via the national NHS 111 service. Patients are assessed via the 111 team and if its clinically appropriate, they will get referred on to our OOH service. This will lead to either a face-to-face appointment in one of our primary care centres, or a home visit by one of our clinicians This role is a Monday - Friday 9-5 position Within this job you'll be responsible for: To lead all aspects of Administration for the South West London Team and co-ordinate and support the links and interface between Primary Care and the out of hours service to ensure a seamless delivery out of hours care. You will lead in the reporting for the monthly QA agenda and to take QA meeting minutes and evidence of actions. Whilst also supporting the Admin Supervisor and Governance Administrator with all governance issues, and provide administrative support for all complaints. Ensuring all staff personal files are maintained and all compliance documentation is maintained and dealing with Issues purchase orders numbers for items required and approval of invoices for good received. Ensuring good relationships between suppliers are maintained. Provide admin assistance for all special projects and meetings and assist with special patient notes maintenance and procedures.
Main duties of the job
What we'll need from you:
- Have excellent communication skills, including telephone, written and verbal communication
- Be accurate and have a strong attention to detail
- Have sound knowledge and understanding of IT and Microsoft Office.
- 3 Years administration experience and telephone experience would be an advantage
- Organised, Able to work under pressure, able to prioritise workload and use own initiative
