By bringing together NHS 111 call centres, clinical assessment and other urgent care services, we enable patients to access the right care, when they need it. Its better for everyone. As a Coordinator at our Clinical Assessment Service, youll be a single point of contact and liaison for all members of this multidisciplinary team, as well as other internal and external services. Youll provide coordination and support to ensure the smooth running of shifts and respond swiftly and efficiently if theres any breakdown in the service. This could include making comfort/safety calls to patients when required. This role will be based at 125 Upper Richmond Road, Putney, London SW15 2TL
Main duties of the job
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills, with the interpersonal skills to listen, adapt, negotiate and persuade. Excellent organisational and administration skills, with previous admin experience and a strong customer service focus. Computer skills particularly Excel and Word with an understanding of confidentiality/data protection. Free online and face-to-face training. 25 days annual leave, increasing with service up to 28 days per year + bank holidays. Opportunities for ongoing training and career progression into other operational roles within our services.
