Job summary
The Central Administration Team is a relatively new team within Practice Plus Group and will consist of 4 Central Administrators and the Central Administration Manager. Working with the Patient Administration Systems, the Role of the Central Administration will be to provide comprehensive administrative and booking support for the various bookings teams across the 10 Practice Plus Group Hospitals and Surgical Centres.
Making sure that our patients have access to the care they need as soon as possible is our priority.
Our team members are adaptable, friendly, polite and caring with exceptional customer service skills and we are looking for an experienced Administrator to join the team.

Main duties of the job
As part of the Central Administration Team you will provide administration and booking support across all of the Practice Plus Group Hospitals and Surgical Centres.
The ideal candidate should be a Team player, enthusiastic, motivated and keen to learn, have excellent customer service, administration and communication skills,
be confident on the phone and working with technology, have strong IT skills and be adaptable as they will need to work with different systems and processes depending on the Hospital they are supporting.
You will have relevant administration experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to stay calm under pressure. Just as important though is your flexibility, belief in teamwork and your ability to use your initiative and prioritise a busy and often changing workload.
