Thames Valley region is looking for an Administrator to contribute to the delivery of administration services, to the healthcare team on site. The role will include working within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks, working on IT systems, maintaining databases/waiting lists/call-up lists, customer service, answering and directing telephone calls, general office duties such as typing, ordering and stock control, scanning, faxing etc.  

   This is a full time role of  37.5 hours per week based in the Thames Valley Region. You will be required to cover the following sites so will need to be able to travel to them:   HMP Bullingdon HMP Eastwood Park HMP Huntercombe  HMP Grendon & Springhill

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will have a wide range of experience of office routines and procedure, working with multi-disciplinary teams in a customer care environment.
