HMP Pentonville are looking for an experienced clinical lead to provide clinical leadership and management to the Early Days in Custody team who manage the care of all patients within their first 10 days.
The EDIC Lead will be responsible for the oversight of the early days in custody element to the new model of care we are currently implementing in HMP Pentonville. This role involves managing a large MDT team of different healthcare professionals including nursing staff, healthcare assistants and administration staff.
The role will involve extensive partnership working with mental health and substance misuse colleagues as well as prison managers and governors. The ideal candidate should be experienced in managing a large team and have experience of running complex MDT meetings at fast pace. The successful candidate will be expected to chair daily referral meetings and ensure the effective delivery of the service according to the new models specification.

Youll receive an annual salary up to 55,000 per annum - depending on experience.
