Where your work helps shape the healthcare of tomorrow As part of the Practice Plus Group Ophthalmology (Winchester) Patient Services Team, you will provide a high quality administrative service to patients, colleagues and other third parties across all steps of the patient journey. The Patient Services Assistant for this role will be working within a small clinical team on one our Ophthalmology mobile clinics based in Winchester. Our patients come to these clinics to receive sight saving treatments for a condition called Wet AMD (aged related macular degeneration) and you will be part of the team delivering this excellent service as well as being part of the wider Patient Services Team for our Community Ophthalmology Services. The role includes reception duties such receiving patients onto the unit and booking them in for their next appointment as well as other administrative tasks to ensure our patients receive great patient care.
Main duties of the job
