Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and values-driven Team Manager to join our growing neurodevelopmental service. This is a pivotal leadership role for a clinician who is passionate about high-quality autism and ADHD assessment and wants to shape services that genuinely improve outcomes for children, young people, adults and their families.
Working closely with operational and clinical leaders, you will help ensure our Huddersfield clinic runs smoothly, clinicians feel supported, and families receive timely, compassionate and evidence-based care. Youll balance clinical expertise with people leadership, governance and service oversight, playing a key role in maintaining the high standards Evolve Psychology is known for.

Main duties of the job
The Team Manager will provide leadership and oversight across clinic operations, supporting clinicians to deliver high-quality neurodevelopmental assessments. You will line manage staff, coordinate rotas and workflows, and work closely with bookings, operations and HR to ensure service capacity meets demand.
You will contribute to clinical governance through quality assurance of reports, audits and KPI monitoring, ensuring compliance with contractual and professional standards. The role involves supporting complex cases, contributing to MDT discussions, managing complaints and appeals where required, and identifying service improvements.
You will also play a key role in onboarding new clinicians, identifying training needs, and supporting continuous service development through collaboration with senior clinical and operational leadership.

The role

Youll join a passionate and supportive multidisciplinary team
dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young
people. Our service specialises in high-quality, evidence-based assessments for
autism and ADHD, delivered through both NHS-funded referrals and private
pathways. As a Team Manager, you will work closely alongside the Operations
Managers to oversee the wider team in delivering comprehensive
neurodevelopmental assessments, helping ensure timely, accurate diagnoses that
lead to appropriate support and improved outcomes for families.
