Kernow Health CIC is launching a brand-new Occupational Health service to support primary care staff across Cornwalland wed love you to join us at the very start of this exciting journey.
As our Occupational Health Physician, youll play a key role in building a service that really makes a difference. Youll provide expert clinical advice, manage a varied caseload, and work closely with managers and healthcare teams to keep staff healthy, safe, and supported. From fitness-to-work assessments and sickness absence management to health surveillance and wellbeing initiatives, your expertise will help shape the future of occupational health in our region.
This is a flexible role with plenty of scope to grow as the service develops. We welcome applications from clinicians who value work-life balance and portfolio careersso if youre already working in the local healthcare sector, this could be the perfect addition to your professional mix.
