What You'll Do:
- Channel Management:Make our digital presence vibrant and engaging across our website and social media.
- Content Creation:Write engaging blogs, newsletters, and social media posts that connect with our diverse audiences
- Internal Communications:Foster a sense of community with dynamic newsletters, comms, and by building our SharePoint site
- Performance Insight:Dive into data to measure the success of our campaigns and help us continuously improve.
What We Offer:
- Hybrid work (however, you must be able to spend the majority of the week working in our Truro HQ)

Main duties of the job
What We Need:
We need you to have 1 or 2 years' experience in either marketing or communications and a great understanding of social media marketing. You need to be a good communicator and be adept at using Canva (or equivalent). You will be delivering internal and external communications projects end-to-end, so need to be sure that you are happy working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously!
