Main duties of the job

As a Deputy Theatre Manager, you will: Support the Clinical Head of Department-theatres in the efficient running of the Theatre department Co-ordinate activity and be responsible for patient care and safety Be instrumental to the patient experience, ensuring seamless, personalised care Work well with consultants who are experts in their field Apply your knowledge and skills in assessment, care planning and delivery Champion a supportive, enabling working culture in the department, promoting staff safety

With excellent leadership skills, you hold post-registration experience in care of patients, pre, intra and post operatively, in everything from Cardiac to Colorectal, Opthalmic, Orthopaedic, ENT, Gynae and Urology. As a Deputy Theatre Manager, you will:
