Main duties of the job
The Main Duties and Responsibilities are to:
Support the delivery of services in the inpatient department both in a clinical and non-clinical capacity.
Ensure that all clinical records are accurately maintained and conform to all legal requirements.
Complete various administrative duties to ensure the department runs efficiently and effectively. This includes both in the pre-operative assessment of patients, and during their stay in Hospital.
Deliver high quality, effective clinical care under the support of the Physiotherapy Lead and the team of Senior Physiotherapists. This will include performing exercises with patients, mobility practice, stairs assessments, rehabilitation advice and guidance and safe discharge planning.
Assisting with the delivery of our virtual patient education seminars that we run weekly via Teams.
Work flexibly to support our team.

Nuffield Health Cambridge is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Physiotherapy Assistant to join the Physiotherapy team at our Cambridge Hospital.
The Main Duties and Responsibilities are to:

You will need to have:
An NVQ 2 in Health and Social care, and relevant experience working in Healthcare.
Excellent IT and administrative skills, with experience of using electronic patient record systems.
The ability to manage your own workload and be a self-motivated, dynamic team player.
