Main duties of the job

As an IVS Staff Nurse you must: Be registered with the NMC and have at least 2-year experience in a busy Angiography lab Have competencies in Phlebotomy, Cannulation and Intravenous drug administration Be BLS/ILS certified Possess a vast knowledge in Cardiology, Peripheral Vascular and Neurovascular diseases and their treatment Have a very good understanding of Radiation protection.

In addition to the roles of scrub nurse, the successful candidate will have opportunities to further their knowledge as a Pre-assessment nurse.
