Radiology Assistant (Bank) Warwickshire Hospital | Radiology | Bank | Part Time | Up to £14 per hour depending on skills and experience Our Radiology Department in our Warwickshire Hospital currently have an opportunity for a Bank Radiology Assistant. Continue your journey with us whilst we'll support you to be your best. As our Radiology Assistant, you will:

A chance to be a part of a dynamic radiology department, assisting with a range of radiological examinations

Assist patients throughout their time within the department and preparing patients prior to their imaging

Work in a variety of imaging modalities, including MRI, ultrasound and fluoroscopy

Assisting the Radiographers in maintaining an efficient daily work list, workflow of patients

Assist Radiologists in carrying out radiological examinations

Deal with service user queries and patient appointments using Radiology IT systems

Be responsible for stock maintenance and ordering

To succeed as a Radiology Assistant, you will have:

NVQ Level 2 in a Health related subject or Care certificate

Experience within a Radiology department, assisting with MRI and US procedures in particular is desirable

Experience in ANTT procedures

Cannulation training desirable

Be caring and empathetic
