Job Description Senior Oncology Staff Nurse Guildford Hospital | Oncology | Permanent | Full Time | Includes weekend work Salary up to £45,000 per annum depending on skills and experience 37.5 hours per week

Main duties of the job

As a Senior Oncology Staff Nurse, you will: Have experience in Oncology and have a UKONS SACT passport (or equivalent) Be proficient in phlebotomy, cannulation and accessing Central Venous Access Devices Be a valued addition to the team in our consultant and nurse-led service Work with patients receiving chemotherapy or new treatments, such as immunotherapy Fully assess each patient's needs, providing tailored treatment plans and care Administer systemic anti-cancer therapies (SACT) Assist consultants during clinics Provide care for Acute Oncological emergencies Collaborate with the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT Team)

Our site is shared with an NHS Trust hospital, giving us access to their facilities. The working atmosphere is highly professional and stimulating, yet friendly and collaborative like that of a large family unit. The hospital is easily accessible from the A3 or M25 and we are located about 1.5 miles from Guildford town centre
